My Accounts

1. How do I get access to My Accounts?
To view and change personal account information, policy/contract owners must first complete a brief online registration process. Separate registrations are required to gain access to each different type of account (i.e., life insurance & fixed annuities and variable annuities). However, you will need only one user name and password to access all of your accounts. For example, to register your life insurance & fixed annuities account, you need to provide an active policy number, your Social Security Number, and the insured’s birth date. After selecting your own private user name and password, you will be able to access and manage your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After completing the one-time My Accounts registration process, you have immediate access to your personal account information by simply logging in with your user name and password – via either the My Accounts Login link at the top of every page or from the orange My Accounts pull-down menu. Once you are logged in to My Accounts on WSLife.com, you are on a secure Web server that insures the privacy of your online communications and transactions. The top navigation inside My Accounts links you to My Accounts (to view a master summary of all your policies/contracts or only life insurance & fixed annuities or variable annuities), Make a Payment, Forms, and My Registration Profile. Links to Logout, Privacy, Security, FAQs, and WSLife.com (opens a new window to return you to the WSLife.com home page) appear at the top right of every page.
