My Accounts on WSLife.com give you immediate online access to your personal account information for life insurance & fixed annuities and variable annuities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Through My Accounts, you are able to:
- View policy information for whole life, term life, and accident insurance
- Access contract information for fixed and variable annuities
- Change beneficiaries
- Submit personal account information changes such as name, address, phone, and Social Security Number
- Request a duplicate policy/contract
- Submit death and disability claims
- Find quick answers to frequently asked questions about My Account services
- Chat online with a Live Help Customer Service Representative
- Contact us via phone or e-mail with your questions/comments

For security purposes, access to personal information in your accounts requires a user name and password. To set up your personal accounts, you must first register through WSLife.com. If you have already registered, please go to the My Accounts login page to enter your user name and password.
If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, we will e-mail this information to you after validating your registration information. See our Forgotten User Name/Password Help for assistance with this.
