Our Claims Administration team can assist you with filing a claim on your policy. Whether you own a life insurance policy, accident insurance, or Critical Illness Insurance, we are always available to answer your claim questions and offer you the help you need.

If you have an insurance policy or annuity contract with The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (Western & Southern Life) and are a registered My Accounts user, you can service your accounts directly online. By accessing WSLife.com's My Accounts, you can submit a death or disability claim.
