Western & Southern Life offers a compensation plan that truly rewards results. In addition, a subsidy is provided for new Financial Representatives to help launch their careers.

We offer additional incentives that are designed to develop and reward high achievers. You will have the chance to attend our Leaders Sales Meeting each year if you meet qualification requirements. Our Leaders Sales Meetings have been held at beautiful resort locations.

As a Financial Representative, you will be providing others with the security and peace of mind that their loved ones will be taken care of if they are no longer around.

Competitive Benefits

Western & Southern Life is pleased to offer our associates a competitive benefits package. This total rewards package includes medical and dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and a generous 401(k) match. Flexdollars are available to purchase medical options, and incentives are provided for non-tobacco use and maintaining a healthy weight. Below is a brief summary of our flexible benefits package.

Medical Coverage
Associates are eligible for medical coverage after 60 days of employment. Three flexible medical options with prescription drug coverage are available in all locations, while HMOs and/or PPOs are available in certain locations.

Dental Coverage
Associates are also eligible for dental coverage after 60 days of employment. Two flexible dental options and one PPO is available to associates, depending on their tenure with the company.

Life Insurance
Associates are eligible for life insurance in the amount of their annual earnings (for one year) on their first day of employment. The face amount of the insurance policy can be increased with tenure.

Short-term disability is available to associates at no charge after one year of employment. Long-term disability is available in January following the completion of two years of service. Associate contributions are based upon age, tobacco use, length of service, and the specific option selected.

Company-Funded Pension
Retirement benefits are vested after five years of service. Associates are eligible for this program at no cost on January 1 of the year following completion of one year of service.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Associates may contribute up to the maximum permitted under federal law through payroll deduction. The Company matches two percent of earnings if associates contribute at least four percent of their earnings. Company contributions are 100 percent vested after five years of service.
