As a Staff Manager, Teresa Wojcik's workday is never dull. She crosses paths with many different people every day and is able to touch their lives in a positive way. Every week she meets one-on-one with each of her agents, reviewing their goals, helping them focus their activities, and motivating them toward success. It's the personal touch that Teresa enjoys, sharing her knowledge and experience, and fostering their professional development.
Later, she'll go on appointments with an agent, talking with clients in their homes and learning their stories. Every client has a unique story – the young newlyweds planning their future, the single parent looking for the financial means to send a child to college, the retiree who needs a guaranteed income, or the grandmother who wants to leave a legacy for her heirs. Teresa helps them crystallize their goals and designs a financial solution to meet those goals. "Life insurance sales provides so much satisfaction. I meet and work with wonderful people, and many have become my friends. I have the privilege of helping them secure their futures, while earning a good income myself."
