Sales Manager Training
If you desire a career in Sales Management and you are promoted, you will be enrolled in our Sales Manager Training program, Managing for Success.

Managing for Success
Managing for Success is a five-day program focusing on the skills necessary to become a successful Sales Manager. The program, held at the home office in Cincinnati, ensures that all Sales Managers develop a solid understanding of coaching, the key sales activities, and management and leadership principles. Participants build their skills through demonstrations and personal action plans.
