In most professional positions, you cannot receive a pay raise until you have been on the job for six months or one year. Our Sales Representatives who get a "Fast Start" and produce more than their training allowance see a pay increase as early as the fifth week of employment!

You will also have opportunities for cash bonuses at different checkpoints as you accomplish goals while learning. Our incentive campaigns are designed to develop and encourage high achievers. In addition, you will have the chance to attend our Leaders' Sales Meeting each year if your sales numbers meet the qualification requirements. Our Leaders’ Sales Meetings have been held at resort locations in Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Aruba, and the Bahamas.
