Gary Guilbault
Sales Manager

Since joining Western & Southern Life in 2005, Gary Guilbault has continued to meet and exceed the personal goals that he has set for himself. With a business degree in Marketing and Economics, along with an MBA, Gary knew he had the discipline and the credentials for success in the financial services industry. He applied himself to the training, followed the guidance of a mentor, and as a result had a very productive first year. That productivity resulted in his promotion into management, and now Gary leads and develops other agents, sharing with them his insights and enthusiasm for the industry.

"No two days are the same, and the people you meet are always interesting," Gary says. "Along with being able to help people find answers to their financial questions, our team focuses on helping our clients set goals and understand how to meet those goals. Helping to ensure financial security for someone on any level is extremely gratifying."

When Gary recruits new college grads, he emphasizes the qualities that made him choose Western & Southern Life – the company's financial strength, integrity, and long, solid history. Coupling that with a strong education and a willingness to learn are the intangibles that will propel any young professional to the next level. Gary is proof that discipline and follow-through will result in professional growth, unlimited income potential, and not a job, but a life-long career.

Matt’s advice to students trying to break into the industry: Plan on dedicating yourself to the job for a minimum of 12 months. Be disciplined and follow every sales process to the letter. If you follow our proven selling system, you’ll build the foundation of a great career. Find mentors, work with them, and learn from their experience. Recruit a friend.
