Sales Representatives offer affordable life insurance and annuity solutions to clients’ financial needs. Daily activities include analyzing client needs, recommending financial solutions, generating sales leads, and setting and tracking daily goals.
Follow the road map for success outlined in our outstanding training programs, and you can establish a network of satisfied clients and expand it year after year.
Sales Managers are seasoned leaders who keep the spark of motivation burning bright in a team of Sales Representatives. Daily activities include recruitment, training, coaching, and supervision.
You’ll work closely with your team, counseling Sales Representatives in one-on-one sessions and working alongside them on sales calls. Your advice and example will enhance the lives of sales staff and clients alike. You’ll also know your commitment and professionalism are key drivers in our positive, values-driven culture.
