 I’m having trouble with the sales career questionnaire. Where I can get help? You are given a user name and password at the beginning of the sales career questionnaire. How long does it take to complete the sales career questionnaire? The sales questionnaire takes about an hour to complete, but there is no time limit, so take it at your own pace. Do not skip any answers. The CP+ predicts a candidate's probability of success in a sales career with our organization.

Can I skip a question on the sales career questionnaire and go back to it later? No. All answers must be completed in the order presented.

How soon will I know the results of the sales career questionnaire? A District Sales Manager will contact you within a few days after you complete the test. You may also contact The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company office nearest you to inquire about the results.

If I’m not invited for an interview the first time, can I take the sales career questionnaire again? Applicants may complete the sales career questionnaire again after one year.
